YIMBY Tampa & CNU Tampa Bay are proud to co-host a self-guided walking tour of missing middle housing examples in Tampa's Hyde Park neighborhood. Let's celebrate one of Tampa's best neighborhoods and explore the variety of housing types that it a special and unique place. Local experts will be available to speak to Hyde Park’s history and planning.When: December 13, 2024
Where: Meet up at Buddy Brew Coffee Hyde Park at 3:30 pm (1605 W Snow Ave) to get a map and follow the route with a group, or RSVP to be emailed a copy of the map to follow at your own pace. Happy Hour to follow (~4:30 pm) at Irish 31 Hyde Park - 1311 W Swann Ave. Appetizers will be provided! Feel free to join for one or both parts of this event.
