By popular demand, our studio owners reunite to bring you a recurring experience that beautifully blends pole and yoga into one transformative practice — now offered every month! We’ll begin with 25 minutes of Vinyasa yoga to awaken the body, build heat, and deepen the breath. Then flow into 45 minutes of pole, exploring movement, technique, and creative expression. To close, melt into 20 minutes of yin-inspired stretching and sound healing, allowing your body to reset and your energy to realign.

✨ Each edition offers a fresh opportunity to reconnect, explore, and grow — whether you’re returning or joining for the first time. Designed for all levels, no experience required.
