Ever wonder what it's like to try to throw something on the wheel? Join Curiouser Clay at the home studio on Thursday, October 9th from 6-8pm and try your hand at it! In this hybrid class, you will get 1/2 hour wheel time to try your hand at centering and throwing a pot and then choose a piece of bisqueware to glaze to be fired and picked up later! Participants will rotate through a 1/2 hour lesson in pairs and will spend the rest of the time glazing a piece of pottery. Clay thrown on the wheel is for the experience only and will not be fired.**Because of the multitude of factors that come to play in creating a piece out of clay from scratch, about 5% of the time a piece will crack in the firing process. Know that these circumstances are out of the control of Curiouser, and that Curiouser can not guarantee that your project will survive the firing process- unfortunately, cracks happen. Even to us! Should your piece crack during the firing process, unfortunately, there are no refunds.
All sales are final. Although there are no refunds, should you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
