HYBRID FORMAT - What does it mean when Verdant offers a hybrid class? This means the class is offered with flexibility to attend in-person or virtual – attendee will select their preferred method when registering.

Please join us for our Verdant Partner Roundtable on Wednesday.

We look forward to connecting with you, learning more about your work, and providing an update on the Verdant Health Commission’s 2025 – 2028 Strategic Plan.

The Board has been engaged in strategic planning, evaluating how our investments and programs are meeting our mission to improve the health and wellbeing of the whole community. This work led to the creation of a new three-year strategic plan.

The Strategic Plan is prioritizing Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Mental Health and Access to Direct Healthcare Services in our competitive funding cycle. Verdant will still be investing in other community needs (e.g., food security and other Verdant sponsored programs). These programs will be funded through direct contacts and will not be required to submit an application in the competitive process.

There will be a funding cycle opening in early June to support programs that align with the two funding priorities. We will share more information about our funding priorities and our 2026 funding application at the meeting.

If you plan to attend in person, please limit attendance to a maximum of two individuals per organization.
