Starting with our 2023 classes, we will be offering an in-person and virtual option!
This 2 hour class discusses the benefits of breastfeeding to the mother/infant. There is a review of the anatomy & physiology of the breast. Discussion topics include latch-on, proper positioning for breastfeeding & some common situations such as engorgement, soreness, treatments & sleepy baby. Further discussions include use of breast pumps, diet & use of Medic*tion while breastfeeding.
Enroll mother-to-be only. Partners are encouraged to attend at no additional cost.

In-person seating is limited. Check in at the Main Entrance of the hospital and they will direct you to the Conference Center.
