Join Leon Kofoed and Ida Steensgaard as they'll instruct a bootcamp the 25th-27th of October at OCR Factory!The Danish Dynamite duo will come to Finland and teach us how to fly, run and power through any race! This camp is specifically for athletes who dream to perform better as hybrid athletes in HYROX and OCR. All skill and experience levels are welcome.
Both coaches have successful careers as an OCR athletes, world record setters and Ida has even competed in HYROX Elite15.
The camp will be instructed in english and participants outside Finland are welcome as well.

Friday
16:00-18:30 Surprise start to the weekend
18:45 - 19:30 Diving into the similarities and focal points in Hybrid racing and OCR (presentation)
Saturday
9:00 - 11:15 Running intervals on the sports track in Matinkylä, Espoo (for OCR / Hybrid athletes)
13:00 - 14:00 Workshop on strength training (presentation)
14:00 - 15:45 HYROX strength development
16:00 - 17:00 Tips and tricks on obstacles
18:30 Dinner at Rosso Iso Omena (voluntary, not included in price)
Sunday
9:00-11:00 The HYROX Obstacle Course Race simulation
11:00 - 12:00 Q&A (presentation)
