About this Event
Move and honor your body to the music of Black artists with our HWX instructor, Joy Mikhail. We welcome you to join us in a space to set intentions, own your power, and come together as a community.
POWER45 is a cutting-edge, circuit training class with innovative stations designed to bring out your inner athlete. You’ll challenge your strength and endurance with battle ropes, penalty boxes, medicine balls, TRX and more as you quickly move from station to station.

Guests are welcome to attend as many classes as you'd like, but space is limited.
Healthworks is a place for women and non-binary people to focus on themselves and elevate both their physical and inner power in a women centered space, while Republic Fitness is a coed space.
