HWX x Black History Month: Heated Flow + Restore

Move and honor your body guided by the words of Black female yogis with our HWX instructor, Rhonda Gray. We welcome you to join us in a space to set intentions, own your power, and come together as a community.

This special 90-minute Heated Yoga Flow and Restore begins with movement that flows from one pose to the next, with 5-8 breaths per pose. Class will be enhanced with our infrared heating panels set to 80 - 85 degrees. The last portion of class will feature restorative poses where you can melt into the support of soft props to experience deep relaxation and inner nourishment.

Guests are welcome to attend as many classes as you'd like, but space is limited.

Healthworks is a place for women and non-binary people to focus on themselves and elevate both their physical and inner power in a women centered space, while Republic Fitness is a coed space.
