About this Event
Join Healthworks Group on the Rowes Wharf Lawn, Parcel 17 (Atlantic Ave and High Street) for a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class keep you motivated, energized and boost your metabolism! Be prepared for compound movements that will challenge different muscle groups.
We recommend you come with water, a mat and a towel. Sneakers are required.
