Event 1 - Van push / pull
Why use a sled when you can use a van 🤷♂️
Our version of the sled pull will see athletes pusha 3 tonne VW Transporter 20m and then pull it back to the start line using a tow line with a metal bar attached
Fastest time wins
Women - 3 tonne van
Men - 3.5 tonne van
Event 2 - Deadlift for reps
Because fuck burpees 🤢
Athletes will complete as many repetitions as possible in 60seconds
Women - 100kg
Men - 160kg
Event 3 - Farmers carry
Kettle bells are cool but farmers handles are better 👌
Athletes will complete 3x 10m lengths as quickly as possible
Women - 50kg
Men - 80kg
Event 4 - Sandbag carry
None of these silly little sandbags these are proper sandbags that weigh as much as you!

Round robin style athletes will take turns attempting to throw a bag over a 4m bar. Successful athletes will move onto a heavier bag untill we have a winner…. 1kg jumps

Event 6 - Atlas stone to shoulder
Because hvyrock’s 🪨
Pick up a hvyrock and put it on your shoulder… heaviest rock wins 🪨
Athletes will have a selection of atlas stones ranging from 30-140kg and 60 seconds to put the biggest rock possible on their shoulder
