Join our massive community for our annual day of trading, exchanges, and excitement!
All exchanges will be done with Huzzah Bucks (purchased store credit) and can be redeemed for an equal amount of store credit at the conclusion of the event. Any extra Huzzah Bucks not redeemed will expire the day after the event. NO CASH TRANSACTIONS FOR SWAP MEET GOODS.
Trading begins at noon.
Vendors should arrive at 11:00am for set up.
Vendors arriving after 11:55 will not be permitted unless pre-approved by a manager.
Trading ends at 3:00pm at the latest.
Table reservations are limited to one per person. If you reserve multiple tables, you will be cut down to one table. Two people sharing a table can each reserve one for extra space, but should not exceed two people sharing. For those with a larger amount of items, a limited number of large tables are available to reserve.
