Courtney "Courtney B./Courtney Boston” is known as one of the definitive "Voices of Boston.” The FAMU and Emerson College Alumna, began her professional on-air career at Cumulus Radio in Tallahassee and has spent just under two decades in Broadcast and Digital Media as on-air talent, program director and creative director at various local, commercial and independent, TV and radio stations, and ethnic media platforms.  Courtney continues to be a woman in perpetual motion. She launched her own entrepreneurial efforts, HerVision Media & Consulting LLC in 2013 and most recently Co-founding in 2020, WWOC Media Network, Boston’s Premier Black Women owned Urban Media Company. Long committed to youth and community service, the capital city’s “Favorite Boston Baked Bean,” is the Director of Partnerships for TechBoston Academy 6-12 and volunteers as COO/Co-Director of the Boston Showstoppers Girls Academic & Athletic Enrichment Program. Her board work includes Berkshire Partners Boys & Girls Club, and a pair of leadership roles with Holmes Elementary School Governing Board, and FAMU National Alumni Assoc Massachusetts Chapter.

Kim Roxie, Founder and CEO of LAMIK Beauty, has celebrated the beauty of all women since becoming an entrepreneur in the beauty industry in 2004. Kim’s dedication to infusing inclusivity into the beauty industry spans decades. In 2020, LAMIK launched as an e-commerce brand with its bestselling hero product, the Revelation Brow Duo. While maintaining focus on her mission, Kim has received noteworthy recognition including joining the Tory Burch Fellowship, Houston Business Journal's "40 under 40" recognition, the 2021 Texas Women's Foundation Young Leaders Award, the 2023 Icon Award at the Power Networking Conference, and being honored as a Role Model title at the Greater Houston Womens Chamber of Commerce Women in the Fast Lane of STEAM Luncheon and Style Show. Alongside her achievements, Kim places a high priority on giving back. In 2014, she became the chair of the African American Initiative for The Rose Foundation in Houston, raising over $500,000 to provide mammograms for uninsured black women. Kim's impactful journey has garnered media attention on platforms such as BET, Ebony, Black Enterprise, ESSENCE, Byrdie, and Business Insider.
