About this Event
You’ve heard of a book club. You’ve heard of a run club. Now it’s time for your newest kind of club; a fitness club built for movement, social connection, and some good sweat therapy.
Every Tuesday at 7AM & Thursday at 6PM from September 8th - October 30th!
Each session you’ll get:
✨ A total-body, low-impact strength workout; powered by dumbbells and bands.
✨ Upper body, lower body, core, and a final cardio burner to leave you feeling strong and accomplished.
✨ Options for every level; with modifications and advancements so you can make it your own.
✨ A welcoming vibe; come for the workout, stay for the social connection.
This isn’t just another workout. It’s your chance to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with others this fall.
