We are honored to curate our 5th annual Conference in conjunction with San Antonio Startup Week 2022. Our 2022 Conference is designed around our theme, "Building Your Legacy," featuring 2.5 Days of inspiring keynotes, hands on workshops, interactive activities, and panels with Texas’s leading women trailblazers in business in the industries of finance, legal, marketing, sales + more!
You will be in a room with leading entrepreneurs and changemakers who are sharing firsthand experience and expertise on what it takes to start and scale your business.
Through continuing business education, opening doors to our professional networks, and facilitating leadership training, H+S creates a brave space for women to build the credibility, skills, network, and confidence to thrive as business leaders. This is your invitation to join us!

As always, when you join us at an H+S conference, you get to customize your agenda, choosing from value-packed workshops, panel conversations, fireside chats, keynotes, and interactive activities. You will get to know our team, have a chance to meet with our speakers one-on-one, and network with other amazing hustlers.
Your registration gives you access to all H+S activities, sessions, meals, snacks, and of course, community with amazing Hustlers all across San Antonio and South & Central Texas!
This year's agenda looks a little like this:
Thursday, October 20 - 6 - 8 P.M- Launch Event and Networking Mixer - Let's build some community and get to know who's in the room. Finally, a Hustler who understands where you're coming from!
Friday, October 21 - 9 A.M - 4 P.M- Conference Day One : Keynotes, breakout sessions, fireside chats, lunch, networking, activities + more.
Saturday, October 22, 9 A.M - 4 P.M - Conference Day Two: Keynotes, breakout sessions, fireside chats, lunch, networking, activities + more.
Tracks Include: Finance, Legal, Marketing & Branding, Core Focus, Core Network & Mindset/Confidence.
By the end of this 3-day hustle, you will have a plan and the action steps to build and protect your legacy, aka the business(es) and life that you rightfully deserve!
Hustle + Socialize was founded in 2018 by Michelle Vallejo and Christina Olivarez. Hustle + Socialize has been growing in the heart of San Antonio, TX, and brings women in business together at our annual summit, conference, and educational programming and events throughout the year. H+S is a home base for women at all levels in business ownership. Our community is made up of business beginners, business owners, and business builders.
Some of us are just getting started on our business journeys, some of us are learning how to make our efforts sustainable, and some of us are novice business owners ready to maximize our potential. At H+S, there is room for all of us to grow!
Early Bird tickets at $175.00 will be first come, first serve. (only 20 EB tickets will be available)
General Admission at $200.00 will begin immediately after early bird tickets sell out or on Monday, September 19. (Limited amount of GA tickets will be available)
Last Minute Tickets at $250.00 will be sold October 17-20.
