FAQs

How will I get the address?

The private/secret address will be emailed (to all ticket holders) and texted(to everyone who texted HUSH to 41400) on the day before the event(24 hours before start of the event). If event sells out then the address will only be sent out to ticket holders. Ticket purchase is highly recommended.

What I can/cannot bring into the event?

BYOB Allowed (fee applies) - Bringing your own hookah is NOT allowed

ABSOLUTELY NO weapons will be allowed in the event or on the premises

ALL Bags will be checked for weapons upon entry by security

Security strictly enforced by law enforcement & authorities.

What's the refund policy?

NO Refunds! All Sales are FINAL! This event is Rain or Shine! No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

All Ticket Sales:

Purchaser acknowledges that all payments for tickets for admission to the venue are non-refundable. Upon payment, purchaser further acknowledges that its payment is for the ticket(s) for admittance to the specific date of the event and no other date. The event is rain or shine. Purchaser further acknowledges that no refunds will provided and that no exchanges or credits for future event dates will be given for ticket purchases for any reason.

All Cabana Sales:

Purchaser acknowledges that its payment for the purchase of the table reservation at the venue is non-refundable. Upon payment, purchaser further acknowledges that payment for the table reservation entitles purchaser and the specific number listed of his/her guest admittance to the venue by purchaser for the specific date of the event and no other. The event is rain or shine. Purchaser further acknowledges that no refunds will provided and that no exchanges or credits for future event dates will be given for table reservations for any reason.

By attending the Hush Pool Party event, you agree to be potentially photographed and/or filmed at the event. You further agree that any or all of the material photographed or filmed can and will be used in marketing which includes but is not limited to social media, print ads, digital ads, and more, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
