Our Texas Rangers BBQ masterclass will take place at Globe Life Field on top of the home team dugout. Brandon Hurtado will teach you his recipes for rubs and sauces, along with his cooking techniques that helped land Hurtado Barbecue on the Texas Monthly Top 50 list in 2021. Learn how to source, trim, smoke, wrap and pull briskets from A to Z - and learn the fire management process that produces results. He'll also teach you some of his newest recipes that have never been taught before in this class (smoked shrimp and grits!)
