HURT family,Our last and most important event of the 2024-2025 season – the Celebration Dinner and Annual General Meeting (AGM) – is scheduled @ 5.30pm on August 16. All players, supporters, HOGs and WAGs are welcome.
Location: Houston Liederkranz (5100 Ella Blvd), free parking available.
Attire: Semi-Formal Cocktail.
Event timing:
- Doors 5.30pm
- Drinks & Welcome 5.30-6.30pm
- Dinner 6.30-7.30pm
- Season Summary & New Officers 7.30-8pm
- Awards 8-8.30pm
- Drinks & Social time 8.30pm-9.30pm
- AGM ends 9.30pm.
Ticket Price: 50$ per person to help the club cover the event costs. The price includes drinks, dinner and good times. Please note that every $ paid over the ticket price above will be directly donated to the club.
