Hurricane Relief Workout

Join us in helping raise money for those in need after the devastation of hurricane Milton and Helene.

All ticket sale proceeds will be going directly to Suncoast Disaster Recovery Fund.

Join us after the workout for brunch at Avo.

20% of Food/ Drink Proceeds from AVO will also be donated to Suncoast Disaster Recovery Fund.

Truvani snacks will be provided at the workout.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk:

I understand that participating in a fitness event, including but not limited to running, jumping, or other physical activities, carries certain inherent risks. These risks include but are not limited to injury, falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather (such as heat, humidity, or cold), traffic, and the conditions of the event location. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event with the knowledge of these risks.

2. Release of Liability:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in this fitness event, I hereby, for myself and my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. This release includes, but is not limited to, the following parties:

- Event organizers

- Volunteers

- Sponsors and partners

- The venue and any associated entities

I release them from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions that may arise from injuries (including death), damage to property, or other losses suffered during the event.

3. Fitness to Participate:

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in this event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any concerns about my physical fitness.

4. Photo/Video Release:

I grant permission to the event organizers to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken of me during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.

5. Fundraising Disclaimer:

I understand that this event is being held to raise funds for a Hurricane Relief Fund, and all proceeds from this event will be donated directly to this cause. I acknowledge that my participation fee is non-refundable and will go towards supporting this charitable initiative.

6. Understanding of Waiver:

I have read this waiver fully and understand its terms. By donating, I agree to be bound by its provisions.
