A graduate of the University of Alabama, Colonel Wallace served in the Air Force for 25 years, most recently as Commander, Mission Support Group at Patrick Space Force Base. He is responsible for Fire Rescue, Emergency Medical Transport Services, Emergency Management and the Emergency Operations Center, the Medical Examiner's Office, Community Corrections Services, and even School Crossing Guards! The stated mission of this group is to provide Brevard County a safe environment in the right place, at the right time, every time; to develop a community in which all Brevard county citizens, businesses, and organizations thrive with a goal of creating a better life with quality emergency and first responder services.
