On Thursday, November 7th, CASA and Old Town Theatre will be hosting a public viewing of “The Sound of Hope: Story of Possom Trot”. If you haven’t heard of this movie, it is inspired by a true story that took place in East Texas. It follows a family and their local church as they fired up their community to embrace kids in the foster system. Their small community adopted 77 children! It’s an incredible movie, sure to provide inspiration to fire up those around us for loving the kids we serve and beyond. This movie was never shown in the Huntsville Theatre so this is a great opportunity for our Huntsville and surrounding area to get to see it in a theater setting.Tickets are required for this event (all proceeds go directly to Angel Studios who produced the movie). Tickets are $5 for adults. Please make plans to join us for this evening…and we hope you’ll invite your friends, co-workers, church groups, etc. too! What a great way to introduce people to foster care!
Please do not bring fast food or open containers into the theatre. Concessions will be available.
