Admission: The meet and greet tickets are provided free of charge and do not require any payment to claim or use. THIS IS NOT A TICKET TO THE CONCERT. YOU MUST have a valid ticket to the concert to enter the meet and greet. Tickets for the performance can be purchased on alexandrakayofficial.com/tour . If you are unable to attend the meet and greet or concert, you are required to cancel your order on Eventbrite to release your tickets to future attendees. There are only 150 available so we ask you to please be courteous to other AK fans.
Non-Transferable: These meet and greet tickets are non-transferable
Description: Meet & Greet exclusively for ticket holders of the Alexandra Kay concert.
Ticket Distribution: The meet and greet tickets for All I’ve Ever Known-The Tour, organized by Alexandra Kay, will be distributed through Eventbrite. Each show will have individual ticket listings on Eventbrite.
Ticket Limit: Each person is eligible to claim and use a maximum of 4 meet and greet tickets per show.
Identification Requirement: The name on the meet and greet tickets must match the identification (ID) of the person holding the tickets and accompanying the others. It is essential to present a valid ID at the event to verify the identity of the ticket holder. Tickets purchased through third party sellers will not be accepted at the and cannot be sold, resold, or transferred to another person. Any unauthorized transfer or sale of these tickets may result in the cancellation of the tickets without refund and you will not be permitted to enter the meet and greet.
Meet and Greet Session: The meet and greet session will provide an opportunity for ticket holders to meet Alexandra Kay and potentially take photos or receive autographs, subject to artist availability and any specific guidelines provided by Alexandra Kay or her team.
Event Schedule: Ticket holders are required to arrive at the venue no later than 1 hour 30 minutes before GA doors. The meet and greet session will commence promptly at (1) hour before doors run (1) hour until GA doors, at which point General Admission (GA) doors will open.
Admission to Show: It is important to note that the meet and greet tickets do not include a ticket to the show. In order to participate in the meet and greet, ticket holders must also have a separate valid ticket for the corresponding show.
Code of Conduct: Ticket holders are expected to behave respectfully and follow any instructions provided by event staff, security personnel, or Alexandra Kay's team. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the meet and greet session or the event itself, without refund.
Liability: By claiming and using the meet and greet tickets, ticket holders acknowledge that Alexandra Kay, her team, and the event organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event.
Modifications and Cancellations: Alexandra Kay reserves the right to modify or cancel the meet and greet session, or any related event details, at her discretion. In the event of cancellation, efforts will be made to notify ticket holders and provide alternatives or refunds if applicable.
Acceptance of Terms: By claiming and using the meet and greet tickets, ticket holders agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
