Greetings to all the populace of Artemisia! You are invited to join the Shire of the River Serponnde in their First Official event! The Huntsman's Ball is a weekend event which will show off the prowess of all the best parts of Artemisia! There will be a space for all. A populace Choice A&S competition, relay race for all martial fields of study and ages, classes for the inquisitive minds. There will be bardic entertainment at the Potluck feast just before the dancing begins at the evening ball. Come and join in the frivolous pastimes of the middle ages. Merchants are welcome to join us with their wares in the merchant square. Equestrian activities tentatively available, please rsvp before you bring a horse. We are excited to have a grand relay with the following format.
Teams of 7 consisting of a youth combatant, youth Rapier, armored fighter, rapier fighter, “equestrian”(stick horses and coconuts will be provided), archer, and thrown weapons. Fastest time, personal scores and best deaths will be counted for the winning team.
There will be limited RV spots on site so please contact Lady Ilea Fraser/Ilea Bonner to reserve a space.

Directions: Travel west on I-84 as if you are going to Boise Idaho. Just past Jerome, get off on exit 157 to Wendell/Gooding. Turn Right onto ID-46 N. Drive 12 miles. Turn left onto E 1750S/ Lucy Ln 50 feet keep right. Follow around the loop to find fairground parking which will be on the left.

limited RV sites. RV electric hook ups on site are available with an additional $10 charge per day.
There are other camping/RV parks nearby.
Nearby hotels/motels are also available.
Site is wet in period containers.
Pets are welcome on leashes.
Disability accessible restroom spots available.
City water available all over the event space.
Covered fighting area in case of inclement weather.
Playground available and covered picnic spaces.
Adult Event Registration: $45 full weekend $35 day trip.
Adult Member Registration: $35 full weekend, $25 day trip.
Minor Registration: Attendees under 18 are guests of the Shire.
