About this Event
Join us for a sacred morning forest bathing session on Saturday 5th October, welcoming the energy of the Hunter’s Full Moon.
We’ll gather in the ancient woodland opposite Howsham Mill, near York, where history, water, and trees merge to create a deeply grounding environment. As the sun rises and the moon lingers, we’ll breathe with the forest, move slowly, and open our senses to the natural world.
🌲 Why Forest Bathing?
The flowing water at the mill creates negative ions that naturally lift mood, while the trees release phytoncides that calm stress and support immunity. Together, these elements reset your nervous system, clear the mind, and restore balance.
🌕 Why the Full Moon?
The Hunter’s Moon marks abundance, clarity, and release. It’s the perfect moment to set intentions, let go of what no longer serves, and align with the season’s energy. Our practice will honour this shift with grounding exercises, gentle silence, and a closing circle.
✨ This event is for everyone—no fitness level required, just an openness to pause and reconnect. Whether you seek calm, better sleep, or a deeper connection to nature, this morning will leave you renewed and balanced.
Spaces are limited for this intimate gathering. Step into the woodland, stand in the flow of the season, and welcome your awakening.
