Join us Saturday, October 4th at 6pm for a 75 minute journey of ancestral veneration and gratitude through movement, breath, and sound marked by the bright light of the hunters moon at a time when the veil between our world and the spirit realm is at its thinnest. This time of year has traditionally been a time of communal gathering paying homage to our ancestors.We will start with bringing our intention into focus, and then focusing our intention and gratitude starting with movement as a way of releasing powerful emotions and self expression, followed by some simple breath work to reduce stress and increase calmness. You will then be guided through a powerful and carefully crafted meditation which leads you to connecting with your ancestors and spirit guides while the mystical sounds of crystal bowls, ethereal gong, chimes, and other elemental instruments amplify our intention of gratitude and oneness with all those who have come before us to help make us what we are today. $35. 6p.m-7:15 p.m. Call or message 219-613-0757
