Once again we visit the Autumn Equinox with a gong bath. This session features the wonders of sound, frequency and vibration with the larger gongs and frequency tubes. We aim to create theta and delta waves to calm the mind to deep sleep and meditation. Please join Emrys, David and Val for a beautiful journey with sound. And please remember to bring suitable mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks for your comfort.Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
