Join us for a one-night celebration of Hungarian harvest traditions at Brooklyn Winery on Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 6:30–9:30 pm. Hosted by the Tulipán Foundation, this free public event features a presentation by wine expert and ethnographer László Mód, followed by a guided tasting of Hungarian wines imported by Palinkerie.The evening will include traditional harvest food pairings including pogácsa. Guests can enjoy live folk music, a photo exhibition of the harvest season in Hungary, and a display of woven baskets created by Tulipán grantee Márta Legeza. Interactive craft stations in basket weaving, woodcarving, and leatherwork, led in part by students from the Nádudvar Folk Handicrafts Vocational High School, will invite guests to try traditional techniques that continue today.
