Marietta, GA – Men’s mental health is in focus this October with HuMEN: “Men’s Minds Matter,” an empowering event designed to break barriers and offer practical tools and resources for men facing life’s toughest challenges. This transformational event will bring together thought leaders, athletes, and mental health advocates in a candid conversation about the modern male experience and mental wellness.

The event will take place at Soho Kitchen + Cocktails, and will provide a beautiful space for guests to explore the importance of men’s mental health and discover strategies for personal growth. Aimed at destigmatizing mental health issues and promoting healing, HuMEN will offer a platform for open dialogue and actionable solutions to help men not just survive, but thrive.

The night will feature a panel discussion with high-profile guests including:

• Dr. Kevin “Khao” Cates – Mega Producer and Philanthropist

• Stevie Baggs – Former NFL Linebacker and Motivational Speaker

• Jerry Clark – Entrepreneur and Public Speaker

• Sid Jackson – Mental Health Advocate

• William Hollis – Renowned Motivational Speaker

The discussion will be moderated by Passionate Chonvill, Marketing Extraordinaire, and will dive deep into the core topics that impact men’s mental well-being, from emotional vulnerability to societal expectations.

To set the tone, the evening will begin with a 15-minute guided meditation led by Dr. Joshua Peltier at 7:15 PM sharp, allowing attendees to center themselves before engaging in meaningful dialogue.

Event Overview: HuMEN offers tools, strategies, and resources to help men overcome obstacles and become the best versions of themselves. Through music, books, games, journals, and videos, HuMEN equips men with the necessary support to tackle life’s challenges head-on.

Key topics to be addressed include:

• Inner Healing – Releasing past trauma to move forward with clarity.

• Built for the Battle – Developing resilience and preparation for life’s challenges.

• When Words Attack – Overcoming verbal abuse by responding with love.

• The Role of Therapy – Emphasizing the importance of therapy for mental well-being.

• I Love Me – Cultivating self-love to better navigate demanding roles.

Why Men’s Mental Health Matters?

Studies show that men are significantly less likely to seek help for mental health challenges due to societal stigma. This event aims to dismantle these outdated notions and encourages men to prioritize their mental well-being. By addressing the importance of self-care and mental health openly, HuMEN seeks to change the narrative and foster a healthier approach to life’s pressures.

Sponsor Partnerships: This event is supported by organizations committed to promoting men’s health and wellness, including Soho Kitchen + Cocktails, Aetna, Remy Martin, GoFinity, and Dove Men.

Join us on October 25th for an evening of inspiration, connection, and transformation as we take bold steps towards a brighter, healthier future for men.
