About this Event
AI is changing every workplace but most people are still waiting for someone to explain what that actually means for them, their role, and their future.
Humans and AI: The Skills That Keep You Relevant is a fireside panel event bringing together five exceptional speakers from across technology, education, creative industries, and organisational design.
Hosted by Sooz Young, founder of Technology Coaching, this is a real conversation about the human skills that matter more than ever in an AI-enabled world and what it takes to stay confident, capable, and competitive.
This is the third year Technology Coaching has delivered an event at Glasgow Tech Week. It consistently sells out.
💡 ABOUT THE EVENT
Technology isn't slowing down, but the question most people are quietly asking isn't about the tools. It's about themselves. Am I keeping up? Do I have the right skills? Where do I fit in a world where AI is doing more and more? How do I navigate this change of work? Will AI take my job? How do I keep myself up to date? What does the future look like?
This event is built around those questions.
Through an honest, unscripted fireside panel conversation, our speakers will explore what's really changing in the workplace, what human skills are becoming more valuable, not less, and how individuals and organisations can navigate this shift with confidence.
No death-by-slide-deck. No jargon. Just five people who are living and working in this space, with a huge range of experiences working across different industries and sectors, working with public sector, private and corporate, charities and third sector and the arts, sharing what they're actually seeing and what they are doing to adapt to the change.
