HUMAN. Stories.™ is a new kind of storytelling experience. One where truth is shared with care and silence is part of the experience.
Hosted by Tracie Jae, also known as The Quiet Rebel, this inaugural gathering invites the community into stories that are honest, grounded, and intentionally unhurried. Each storyteller shares a lived moment through the HUMAN framework: Honesty, Urgency, Meaningfulness, Accountability, and Nuance.
This first-ever HUMAN. Stories. takes place on Tracie Jae’s birthday, making the evening both a personal and collective celebration of truth told aloud.

We are honored to launch HUMAN. Stories. with five powerful voices:

Each storyteller offers a specific lived experience rather than a polished lesson. These stories are shared with intention, inviting the audience to listen deeply and reflect honestly.
Why This Is Different
HUMAN. Stories. is a place to be fully HUMAN, both as a storyteller and as an audience member.
It is a space where messiness is welcome and lived experience is recognized as wisdom. Stories are shared with honesty and care, and the room itself becomes part of the experience. What unfolds is shaped not only by the voices on stage, but by the presence, curiosity, and humanity of those listening.
The wisdom in the room is appreciated and harnessed. Questions are allowed to surface rather than be rushed past. Pause and reflection are encouraged so meaning can take shape in its own time.
There is also a quiet rebellion here.
Not because other stages have no value, but because we believe expansive stages can exist everywhere. Powerful stories do not need permission from a global brand to matter. When we create intentional space, more voices get to be heard and more truth gets to be held.
A Shared Celebration
This inaugural HUMAN. Stories. is also a birthday celebration.
The evening begins with an invitation to arrive early and gather for an extended happy hour at Late August. Guests can connect, settle in, and enjoy a signature Tracie Jae birthday drink created just for the occasion.
From there, the experience continues on the Ion steps, where HUMAN. Stories. officially unfolds. Inside the room, presence, reflection, and shared humanity take center stage as stories are told and received with care.
The night moves from connection, to storytelling, to shared meaning.
Because honoring truth, community, and another year of becoming HUMAN deserves to be done together.
