Program Highlights:
✅ 8-Week Comprehensive Training:
Classroom sessions Monday - Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. will support your foundational skills in communications, computer,s and career exploration.
Training includes a stipend of $400 for successful completion.
You'll earn certificates in CPR and Mental Health First Aid.
✅ Paid Internships at Local Agencies:
Develop your skills in a real-world setting.
Gain practical experience through a 120-hour paid internship over 6 weeks. Interns are paid $18 per hour.
Collaborate with a local agency and make a difference in your community.
✅ Individualized Credentials:
Choose from a range of additional certificates to further tailor your training to your interests. This training program may cover the expenses for obtaining a relevant credential, amplifying your skills and making you even more employable.
? Program Schedule:
Training: 8 Weeks starting Tuesday, January 16, 2024. (Additional dates in 2024 available.)
Monday – Thursday, 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
Internship: 6 Weeks - Schedules flexible according to your role.
? Training Location: Hired Office in St. Paul
Internship locations vary and will be selected during training.
? Eligibility Requirements
Open to residents of Ramsey County.
Age requirement: 18-30 at the time of enrollment.

Individuals actively seeking employment in human services.
Priority given to low-income individuals or those facing employment barriers.
