Most small business owners are continually busy taking care of customers and putting out “fires” that happen almost daily while trying to grow sales, make payroll, and make it home sometime during the evening for family time. Dealing with employees and employment issues is usually put off for later. But that can lead to serious problems and consequences for your business.
Special guest Tiara Hicks, a certified Human Resource Manager, will provide practical insights that will relieve you of the constant worry and burden when dealing with employment situations. Tiara is a longtime friend of the Innovation Connector and was awarded one of the first Excellence in Entrepreneurship Awards in 2022.
