VICKI ANSTEY
World-record adventurer and expedition lead, trusted by billion-dollar companies to inspire, train, and challenge their key staff.
After 20 years in a stifling relationship, Vicki became (age 41) one of the first-ever women to participate in Channel 4’s ‘SAS Who Dares Wins’, reaching the final stages.
Now an award-winning entrepreneur, she set the new World Record for rowing unaided across the Pacific Ocean (to confront her fear of drowning), finished races across the freezing Arctic and ultra-marathons through the scorching deserts, and now plans to complete RAAMs; the toughest bike race on earth.
Vicki is in demand from billion-dollar companies (including Google and Facebook) to inspire, guide and mentor their teams through their fears and challenges, to maximise their performance and wellbeing. But not through tales of daring adventures - but through relatable lessons in conquering self-doubt, pushing thresholds, and building better, fuller lives for ourselves.

Mariette Richardson, a published author and speaker, is the visionary founder of The SpeakUp Accelerator, a global coaching service based in the UK. Her debut book, "Free the Hidden Speaker Inside," earned recognition as a finalist in the prestigious Business Book Awards of 2021. Following this success, her second book, "She Speaks Like A Leader," was launched in November 2023. Business Insider wrote: “This book is designed to heighten and elevate a woman in her position, instilling the knowledge and confidence that stem from how she presents herself. It’s more than a book; it’s a transformational guide.”
As a member of the Institute of Directors, Mariette plays a pivotal role in advocating and exemplifying excellence in leadership and governance. Central to her approach is a profound understanding of the dynamics of effective communication. Mariette firmly believes that speakers are made, not born. With a mission to empower individuals through communication, Mariette continues to make a lasting impact on the global stage.
STEVE EATON
Two decades of operational and leadership experience as a UK Special Forces officer, and human performance expert of over 10 years.
With 20 years in the UK Special Forces in top leadership roles, Steve brings a wealth of experience to Woodlark having operated under extreme pressure in some of the world's most volatile and inhospital environments. This exceptional yet real-world experience makes him a master in personal and organisational resilience, decision-making, crisis management, and proactive development.
Following on, he has spent a decade becoming a world-leading human performance coach and consultant. Specialising in resilience and psychological trauma management, he has supported individuals and teams in both the public and private sector, from government departments and agencies, to international sport teams and charities.
Steve's philosophy is to encourage ownership and responsibility in learning through experience; a formula that has transformed the lives of teachers, bankers, barristers, sportstars, world champions, and young people alike.
