About this Event
Have you ever wondered what it's like to be neurodivergent? Are you curious about the lived experience of people from different cultures? Do you have questions for people who live with stigma and prejudice but don't know who to ask? Come to the Human Library® and borrow one or more of our Human Books for an open and vulnerable conversation about what it's like to be them.
In partnership with Peninsula Jewish Community Center in Foster City, we are holding this FREE public event from 1:00-4:00pm. Last Reading starts at 3:30pm. Tickets are not required, but encouraged.
The Human Library® creates safe spaces for dialogue where topics are discussed openly to challenge stigma and prejudice. Come for one or more 30-minute, brave conversations at this drop-in event. Unjudge Someone today!
Peninsula Jewish Community Center has a mission to positively impact people’s lives, fostering belonging and meaningful connections with a diverse community, grounded in Jewish values and traditions.
