This exclusive class, Human Design for Real Life, is an immersive introduction to understanding your unique energetic blueprint. Guided by Human Design practitioner Marissa Gordon, participants will explore the foundational aspects of Human Design in a grounded and approachable way. Through engaging activities, you’ll learn about the five energy types, discover how Strategy and Authority work in practice, and begin to notice where conditioning may be pulling you away from your natural flow.
The class blends reflection, discussion, and embodiment practices to help you reconnect with your authentic energy. With journaling prompts, group dialogue, and a guided visualization, participants will walk away not only with knowledge of their Human Design but also with practical tools to start aligning their daily choices with their true self. Whether you’re brand new to Human Design or looking to deepen your understanding, this session offers an empowering entry point to living with more clarity, ease, and authenticity
