Event Schedule:
1) 11:45 - Yoga Session (45 minutes): Begin your journey with a calming yet revitalizing yoga flow designed to awaken your body and focus your mind. This session will help you tune in to your breath and prepare your body for the dynamic hooping to follow. Te yoga session is held by the wonderful Maaike from City Yoga Amsterdam.
2) 12:30 - Tea/Refreshment Break (15 minutes): Take a moment to hydrate, socialize, and refresh. Recharge as you anticipate the hoop dance essentials segment.
3) 12:45 - Hoop Dance Essentials (1.5 hours): Dive into the vibrant world of hoop dance with essential techniques covering waist hooping, weaves and twirls. Learn to flow and incorporate choreography in your dance repertoire.
