Learn hula hoop choreography with us! Liz will break down tricks and show how to transition between the moves to make a smooth and graceful flow. You'll leave with a fun piece of choreography to practice and add on to with your own tricks! Hoops will be provided, but please bring your own if you have one. Ages 10+. In the event of rain, this class will be held inside Moonrise.
