The Governance Committee of Te Whāriki Manawāhine O Hauraki Incorporated Society’s Hui a Tau (Annual General Meeting) for the year ended 30 June 2023 will be held on Tuesday the 10th of December 2024.
Our Hui a Tau will also include confirming new Board members. If you or someone you know is interested in being considered for the Board, please contact the CEO on 07 8688 475 for a copy of the nomination form. The CEO must receive nominations using the approved form by 5.00 pm on the 26th of November 2024.
Hui a Tau Date: Tues 10th December 2024.
Time: 5.30 pm.
Venue: Te Whāriki office, above the BNZ, Thames. The entrance is on Sealey Street, opposite the Hauraki PHO, next to Service Lane 6A.
Agenda:
• Whakatau (welcome).
• Minutes of the last AGM.
• Year-end June 2023 Annual Report and Audited Financial Report.
• Election of Board members.
