Join a park naturalist for a sandy beach walk where you can expect to see a wide variety of birds and other wildlife that call Huguenot home. Learn about the history of the park and experience the natural beauty of North Florida beaches on this 1-hour hike. Participants should be prepared to walk approximately 1.5 miles round trip in soft sandy conditions. There is a $5 park admission fee. Active duty and veterans are eligible for 50% off admissions with a state issued military ID or DD214.
RSVP is required at jaxparks.coj.net under Nature Programs.
Restrooms are available.
Pets are not allowed.
Participants should meet at the Nature Center in the middle of the park by the restrooms.
Outside programs may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, etc.
