Hueco Tanks Morning Yoga & Hiking Experience

Join us for a unique morning yoga and hiking experience in the stunning Hueco Tanks State Park. This special event offers a guided journey into the restricted backcountry, where we’ll begin with a peaceful, one-hour yoga session surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty of the region. Afterward, we’ll continue with a guided hike and pictograph viewing, providing insight into the rich history and ecology of this sacred landscape.

Yoga has been shown to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity, making it the perfect way to connect with both body and mind before exploring the beauty of Hueco Tanks. This experience combines mindful movement, deep breathing, and immersion in nature for a restorative and refreshing outdoor adventure.

This 2-3 hour experience is an opportunity to move, breathe, and connect—both with nature and with the history of Hueco Tanks.

🔹 Strict 20-Participant Limit – This event is free, but registration is required. Participants must present their Eventbrite ticket at the gate for entry. No walk-ins allowed.
🔹 18+ Event – This experience is limited to adults 18 and older.
🔹 Certified Guide & Yoga Instructor – Experienced professionals will lead both the yoga session and the guided hike.
🔹 Exclusive Access to the Hueco Tanks Backcountry – Gain special entry to a restricted area of the park, normally off-limits to the public.

🏞️ Moderate – The hike includes uneven terrain, small inclines, and rocky paths. Suitable for individuals comfortable with light hiking and outdoor yoga.

✔ Yoga mat (a mat will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own)
✔ Plenty of water to stay hydrated
✔ Comfortable, layered clothing (for movement & changing temperatures)
✔ Hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers
✔ Sunscreen & hat (optional but recommended)

⏳ Arrival Time: Please arrive outside the gate of Hueco Tanks State Park by 7:45 AM. The park opens at 8:00 AM, and we will enter as a group. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to park restrictions.
