We are teaming up with the Huddersfield Giants and Huddersfield Giants Community Trust to host a big fans party for you all.
This won't just be a normal party though....oh No! We have spoken with the club and arranged a few special things to take place throughout the evening.
For starters, we are hosting the away shirt launch! We are in charge of it so we hope we do a good job.
We also have the squad launch so the lads will be there to receive their numbers etc.
We will have a few guests to chat with. One of them has some very exciting things to tell us about some upcoming changes to our beloved game.
We will have a best dressed contest where you decide who wins.
There will be all sorts going on.
We are also offering a VIP option where for just £6 extra, you can get there early, head into the private bar we have organised, grab a glass of prosecco on us and some nibbles as well as meeting the players before the event starts for pics etc. You also get priority entry to the room at 6.50pm too.
We have organised for the parking to be free for all guests.
We have even sorted out a 15% discount on rooms if you want to stay over.
Djs from the Hart mobile disco and karaoke will be spinning the decks for us all night too.
OXEN Sports UK will be in attendance selling the new shirt as well as a range of other club clothing including the new home shirt.
Normally Mark Atack organises a Christmas one and Lee helps him with it. Mark is having a year off this year so rather than there been no event, We asked him if he was okay with the HGSA organising one. He was more than happy for us to do one. He may even have a job on the night, he doesn't know it yet though.
The only reason We've posted that info is so people don't think we are treading on his toes. We are all very good friends. :D It also isn't a Christmas party as all the venues we spoke to were booked well in advance. This is why we turned to the club to see if we could host the shirt and player launch.

VIP entry from 6pm.

VIP - drink, nibbles, player access, priority entry to the room at 6.50pm.
