This course satisfies lender and down payment assistance program requirements for a HUD-Certified Homebuyer Education class. Certificates are issued upon completion (must attend entire course to obtain a certificate).

Is this class held in person or online?
This class will be held online via Zoom. Login details will be emailed post-registration. Please note: The Dallas Habitat office is currently closed due to COVID-19.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Even though this is an online course, we will ask for your participation and undivided attention. Please arrange for childcare prior to attending, if necessary.
