These workshops are designed to provide the following: Rental, Understanding Credit, Managing Your Money, Obtaining a Mortgage Loan, Fair Housing, Ready to Buy a Home, Protecting your Investments (Post Purchase).

REGISTRATION PROCESS: Once you have Registered for this Course, you will be provided a CONFIRMATION EMAIL and Registration Packet to Submit PRIOR to attending the Workshop.

In order to receive a "Certificate of Attendance" you MUST complete Orientation, Workshop, Intake Application and One-on-One session with a Certified Housing Counselor.
