A Sound Bath is a therapeutic experience that uses sound waves, generated by various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, to induce a state of deep relaxation and meditation. As you lie comfortably on a mat, you'll be enveloped in a symphony of sound that reverberates through every cell of your being, creating a profound sense of peace and well-being.

Please bring a yoga mat, canp mattress or recliner chair, cushion, blanket and a drink.
