Date and Time:
- Arrival/Warmup led by No Limits Bootcamp: 10:30 AM
- Run Start: 11:00 AM (10k) 11:15 AM (5k)
- Run End: Approx. 12:30 PM
- Post-Run Event: Join us at Beyond the Pale Brewery for food, drinks, and speeches from 12:30 PM (ish) - 2:00 PM.

The run will launch from the parking lot. There is plenty of free parking available for attendees on site.
Registration Details:
- All event tickets are "donate what you can" to ensure our event is as inclusive as possible. With this being said, we ask that you keep in mind all donations ARE fully tax deductible contributions to HTGR.
- First 125 sign-ups receive an event shirt and a loot bag with thank you gifts from our sponsors!
- All donations $60 and over will receive 1 drink ticket for the post run event at Beyond The Pale.

Purpose:
The event aims to raise funds for trauma survivors to access essential physiotherapy and psychotherapy, helping them rebuild their lives.
Run Details:
- Choose between a 5K or 10K route, both starting at the Beyond the Pale Brewery parking lot and following the Ottawa River.
- Routes will be shared closer to the event date.
- All ages and fitness levels are welcome – many participants opt to walk the 5K!
