New Attendance Policy:
Attendance at the 2025 All Staff Meeting is mandatory for all employees. Exceptions will only be made for those with a previously scheduled or approved PTO during the meeting timeframe of 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Managers will confirm and document any such cases.
Meeting Agenda:
- Reception and Welcome - 5:30 p.m.
- Dinner Buffet - 6:00 p.m.
- Program 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Free ample parking on-site in the guest parking lot.

Dress Code:
Wear your HSFCU Always Cash shirt or other RED HSFCU polo shirt and adhere to HSFCU Corporate Dress Standards. Also, bring your HSFCU ID badge.
Hourly (non-exempt) employees will be paid for their attendance from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Salary (exempt) employees will be paid according to policy and as applicable.
Managers are responsible for including the time in their staff’s timesheet.
