Der Gender Pay Gap existiert noch immer und spielt auch bei Berufseinsteigerinnen und -einsteigern eine Rolle. Eine der Ursachen ist die individuelle Verhandlungskompetenz. Zu dieser Erkenntnis gelangten unsere Master-Studierenden Imke Fischer, Patrick Henz, Maya Carlotta Kaufholz und Leonie Weigert aus dem Studiengang „Digital Transformation & Sustainability” im Rahmen eines sechsmonatigen Forschungsprojekts.
Ihre Ergebnisse möchten Sie Ihnen gern vorstellen.

HSBA Beyond Business: ‘Wage on the rocks’ – Just a matter of negotiation?
The gender pay gap still exists and also plays a role for career starters. One of the causes is individual negotiation skills. Our Master's students Imke Fischer, Patrick Henz, Maya Carlotta Kaufholz and Leonie Weigert from the ‘Digital Transformation & Sustainability’ master programme came to this conclusion as part of a six-month research project.
They would like to present their results to you.
