HR Workshop - Managing Poor Performance, October

In this 2-hour workshop, Kerry will take participants through the procedurally correct and fair process of dealing with poor performance to ensure that any employer having to initiate a PIP does so as per the good faith principles of the Employment Relations Act.

Each participant will leave the session with the step by step guide to running a PIP.
