The 26th October changes to the law surrounding sexual harassment, where do we start?
In this session, Anna Denton-Jones of Refreshing Law joins us at the Yolk Recruitment offices to discuss the new laws on sexual harassment. Anna will take you through the key recommendations from the Equality and Human Rights Commission as to what steps employers should be taking to prevent sexual harassment in the light of the new legal duty. Rather than being a startled rabbit in headlights, go away with an action plan to help keep your organistion within policy.
