At People Flow, we work exclusively with People and HR leaders across fashion, beauty, and other creative, design-led industries. We understand the emotional labour, the constant context-switching, and the quiet pressure to always hold it all together. This morning is for you.

We’re gathering to press pause - to reflect on sustainable leadership, burnout, boundaries, and the emotional reality of supporting others in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.

We’ll begin with a gentle wellness moment, followed by a candid conversation between senior HR leaders. Breakfast and thoughtful connection will follow.
