She offers educational training for other chambers throughout the state and maintains her law practice in Chester, SC. Her practice represents both public, non-profit and private sector entities. Ms. Winters is the recipient of many notable awards, and we're honored to have her lead this new series and extend her knowledge to our shareholders.
